you're required to send the full payment to my Paypal in a timespan of 4 days, however if we agreed on a payment plan, you may respect the agreed time window.
-Once your commission is started, a refund will not be available.

-My currency is EUR and it is the client’s responsibility to make sure they have the funds to cover any currency conversion. The only method available for tracking the payment is paypal’s email invoice. I will send you a screenshot to prove the payment has been sent.If you fail to follow my terms of service after agreeing to them, that will result in a ban from my commission services.✧otherRemember I cut out time for commissions in between a real life that comprehends school. it may take me weeks to even months to finish a commission, that does not mean I forgot about it! So please, be patient. You are allowed to send me a message/dm from time to time to check the status of the commission, however please be mindful.you will receive a sketch/work in progress picture before I finish the artwork, that is your chance to point out anything you'd like to change!
